Coca Sour recipe
- Coca Extract in Pisco (8 oz)
- Gomar Syrup (4 oz)
- ice (13 cubes)
- lemon juice (4 oz)
- 1 egg white
- 2 coca leaves
Place 5 ice cubes in a shaker and a minute to let it cool. Discard ice cubes. Add the extract of coca leaves, gum syrup, lemon juice and egg white. Beat vigorously for 10 seconds, strain into glasses and serve cold. Decorate with coca leaves.
You can also prepare this recipe with a blender.
